Epilators Anyone?

I recently tried my friend's new Braun Epilator which her husband bought her from the Middle East. It was my first time to try epilating. At first I was scared because of the rolling head, but when my friend tried it on my legs, the pain was actually tolerable and the vibrations of the epilator makes you a bit numb from the pain. Although it was a bit time-consuming, it's actually effective. I'm thinking of buying one in place of having my legs waxed in a salon, which is more costly. But i'm not sure what are the good epilator brands out there, although I was satisfied with the Braun Silk Epil.

What are your thoughts on epilators? Can anyone give me some recommendations?

I've been using my epilator for 3-4 years na. Got it at Rustan's and it's Emjoi. I'm balbon also but there is lesser hair growth now since I've been using it although sa legs na lang the past 6 months (bec. I'm having IPL done on my UA). I think I use it 1-2x a month only for the legs bec. slower and lesser yung growth. It's a good investment and I haven't used razors nor waxes ever since.
