A girl from Girltalk posted that something went wrong with her Ecotools Retractable Brush so it's unusable now. Since my Ecotools brush is my fave retractable brush, I was hoping something bad wouldn't happen to it too but now it has! Here in this picture, I'm showing you the bottom of the brush that should be stuck to the cover of the brush. I was just brushing my face when the brush came loose! Apparently the glue isn't so sturdy. Luckily, I think this is easily fixable with some super glue. But right now, it's still in my drawer waiting to be fixed. So to you Ecotools fans (and I know there are a lot), really use it gently because these babies, although are very nice, could be sturdier.

sis, it happened to my other retractable brush too from different brand, and its fixable :)
thiamere, yes if you do buy this please be careful :)
nikki, really from a different brand? haha i'm back to using my ellana now.
Jeez. I was careful with mine when I saw that post too and now I have to be extra careful since it happened to you too.
pammy, yeah be gentle with it. i'm really trying to remember who posted that in GT but i can't remember talaga.
Ohh thanks for the reminder! This is my favorite brush too (my only brush now actually) so I better be extra careful.
soapaholic, it's your only brush now? naku, then you better be careful :) anyway, it's fixable naman e.
aww that's sad..at least it's fixable..I'm not really fond of retractable brushes because in my experience, either they smell bad or shed a lot..that's why I love the baby buki of ellana :)
I'm glad it's fixable!
gale, the ecotools naman the smell goes away in 2 washes, and i've experienced no shedding :)
blair, yeah luckily it is.
:( Oh no! This happened to me too before, but I neve fixed it =/ I guess pure laziness. But I wasn't as love with my brush as you are with yours. I hope super glue does the trick and works out! :)
dana, aww too bad for your brush. yes, i do love my ecotools so i'll fix it!
sis,
how do you let it dry when you wash it? i saw koren's video about drying kabuki brushes kasi the water seeps through the handle daw if you don't dry it upside down and that causes it to break. anyway, i just remembered the video when i saw your post.
